Design Director Designer (2024-Present)
• As Design Director (DTC Creative), I am responsible for all print and digital design across all of Hello Sunshine’s brands, including Reese’s Book Club, Fair Play, The Bright Side Podcast, Unicorn Space, Hello Sunshine Collective, and The Home Edit. Responsibilities include maintaining and developing overall brand look and feel, and ensuring that design work seen by our consumers is in line with Hello Sunshine’s overall brand guidelines.
•I direct a team of designers and social media team members, providing feedback and direction on print, digital, and video.
•In addition to designing, directing, and collaborating across multiple teams (social, sales, etc.) I also work in a project-manager and media manager capacity on the DTC Creative team, ensuring that project flows on Airtable are up-to-date, keeping track of deadlines and communicating both to my internal teams and external teams project needs and deadlines as well as photo file upload and organization for all experiential events.

Senior Designer (2022)
• I was responsible for planning creative strategies/concepting, sketching, pitching, comp building and revisions on all assigned projects, and also acted as an advocate for my team members.
Associate Art Director (2023)
• As an Associate Art Director (promoted at 1 year), I was responsible for pulling scrap for a team, client calls, leading project kickoffs, reviewing the work of a team of 10, giving feedback, working with freelancers and finishers, and collaborating with creative leadership.
Assistant Art Director (2023)
- Created a new position within the agency (Assistant Art Director) that focused on the mentorship, skill building, and advocacy of designers, junior designers, and interns and was responsible for flagging areas where protocols/standards haven’t been created to assist workflow for the creatives. This role also included “fine tuning passes” on comps and file organization in addition to my design and illustration work.

- Secured both television and theatrical print finishes with CW, FOX, and Vangelis Films.
